New juvenile Stakes winner for Brazen Beau

New Collection strikes at Listed level in Italy

Brazen Beau sired a new juvenile Stakes winner on Sunday, 22 May, when his daughter New Collection remained unbeaten in the Listed Premio Alessandro Perrone. Run over 1100m in Rome, New Collection has now won both her career starts after a six-length debut triumph at the same course at the start of May.

Bred by Robert Pocock, New Collection is a daughter of the Erhaab mare Mutoon, and a half-sister to six winners including Royal Ascot G3 Albany fourth Alabama Whitman.

Champion sprinter Brazen Beau has now sired 18 Stakes winners including G1 Manawatu Sires’ Produce Stakes winner On The Bubbles, G2 winners Pretty Brazen and Colada and this season’s G1 performer General Beau. He is standing this season at a fee of $44,000 Inc GST.
