Directions

From the Sydney direction, Kelvinside, 401 Rouchel Road, Aberdeen, is situated approximately 4km East of Aberdeen on Rouchel Rd. Aberdeen is on the New England Highway – mid way between Muswellbrook and Scone. Allow for a 3.5 hour trip.

Take the A1/Newcastle/M1 Expressway north from Sydney, travel for about 100kms. Take the Hunter Expressway M15 exit to Singleton. You are now on the New England Highway A15 - proceed through Singleton to Muswellbrook. After Muswellbrook you will come into the town of Aberdeen, go past the Newsagents on your right hand side and turn right off the New England Highway into McAdams Street, sign to Rouchel (which turns into Rouchel Rd) – you will then cross the railway line and head towards the stud. If you cross the Hunter River as you leave town you have gone too far. Landmarks for the start of the Rouchel Rd are the Segenhoe Inn (on the right hand corner of the New England Highway and Rouchel Rd turnoff) and the Commercial Hotel, (which is diagonally opposite the turnoff on the left).

"Kelvinside" is about 4 km along the Rouchel Rd on the left hand side. There are 2 gates – the first is the truck/float entrance, the second “main” entrance is the one you should use about 600 metres past the float entrance on top of a small rise.

The gates have sensors and will automatically open when approximately 2 metres from gate.

Drive down tree lined driveway; veer to your RIGHT at the fork, and follow road into visitor’s car park.
