Pedigree notes

A G2 winning and G1 placed juvenile, who went on to beat elite company at three, Traffic Warden was a standout from day one.
Showing precocious speed from the start, he produced a dominant victory in the G2 VRC Sires’ Produce Stakes at two, followed by a gallant second to Manaal in the G1 ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes. At three, Traffic Warden confirmed his elite credentials by defeating Switzerland and Linebacker to win the G2 Run to the Rose, joining an elite lineup of past winners including Cylinder, Anamoe, and Bivouac. At his next start he was a narrow second to stablemate Broadsiding in the G1 Golden Rose, highlighting his class and consistency at the highest level. A son of Street Boss, the best son of Street Cry in Australia, he has fantastic credentials to become a successful sire.

G1 Statistics
Traffic Warden’s sire Street Boss has sired 10 individual G1 winners. Five of these have a return of Mr Prospector in the dam’s ancestry.
Traffic Warden’s grandsire Street Cry has sired 23 individual G1 winners by 21 different broodmare sires.

Best nicks
Street Boss and Street Cry have both shown an affinity for returns of the various Northern Dancer branches, Seattle Slew lines, and Mr Prospector in the first, second or third dam of the mare. Traffic Warden should suit mares from Australia’s leading non-Danehill-line champion sires like I Am Invincible, Written Tycoon, Encosta De Lago, and Lonhro – or their sons.
Traffic Warden’s dam, Efficiently is by champion sire and broodmare sire Exceed and Excel. She hails from the prolific Stakes winning family of blue blood mare Dextrous, making her a half-sister to four Stakes winners including G1 VRC Oaks winner, Willowy.
The proven versatility of Exceed and Excel as a broodmare sire indicates that Traffic Warden is likely to complement a diverse array of mare lines.

Inbreeding / Linebreeding options
Inbreeding to Helen Street (dam of his grandsire Street Cry) is an obvious option for Traffic Warden. This can be achieved using mares by Shamardal or his sons, such as Lope De Vega, Puissance de Lune, Gingerbread Man and Crackerjack King. Results include dual G1 winner Victor Ludorum, Lucida, North England and Shocking Luck.
