Third winner of the week for Dawn Approach

Biz Honor becomes the latest successful runner by his first-season sire

Dawn Approach has enjoyed a very successful week with his first runners and he recorded his third new winner in just four days on Sunday, 10 September when Biz Honor was victorious in Milan.

The Stefano Botti-trained colt took the seven-and-a-half-furlong contest by three-quarters of a length, justifying his odds-on favouritism in the race.

Biz Honor was bred by Massimo Parri and is out of the Stakes-winning Tobougg mare Biz Bar, who has produced no fewer than four Black Type winners to date, including G1 Gran Premio di Milano hero Biz the Nurse.

Dawn Approach now has eight winners to his name and four Black Type performers, headed by G2 Debutante Stakes third Mary Tudor and G3-placed duo Fast Approach and Dawn Delivers.

Dawn Approach stands at Kelvinside at a fee of $22,000 including GST.
