Star Of Giselle leads home Reset Group race double

Al the way win in Tesio Stakes

Star Of Giselle led home a Group race double at Moonee Valley for Reset following Vatuvei's win in the Moonee Valley Gold Cup when making all the running to land the G3 Tesio Stakes over 1600m.

In winning the five-year-old mare became the 10th Group winner for her sire.

Raced by her breeders, Contract Racing Pty Ltd, Mr N Psaltis & Mrs G Psaltis, Star Of Giselle has now won seven of her 18 starts and earnings in excess of $420,000.

Her dam is the Stakes winning Danehill mare Princesa who has a 2010 filly by Street Cry and a 2011 colt by Domesday.

Reset is the sire of three Stakes winners so far this season with one of those, the Flemington Listed winner Fawkner, bred on the same cross as Star Of Giselle being out of a mare Danewin (Danehill). The unbeaten Reset stands at Darley Northwood Park at a fee of $16,500.
