Leading first-crop sire Blue Point sired an impressive new winner on Sunday, 6 August when his daughter Forever Blue ran away with the six furlong maiden at Haydock Park. Making her debut for trainer Ralph Beckett, she recorded a three-and-three-quarter length victory with 12 lengths back to the third.

Bred by Deerfield Farm, Forever Blue is a daughter of Authorized’s Stakes winner Toujours l’Amour, who is a half-sister to G1 winner Sweet Lady.
Leading first-crop sire Blue Point has now sired 24 individual winners including Big Evs, who won the G3 Molecomb Stakes earlier this week at Glorious Goodwood.
