Poet’s Voice has been enjoying a tremendous season in Italy and on Sunday 25 September he sired the first two home in the Listed Premio Marchese Ippolito Fassati through his three-year-old sons Voice Of Love and Poeta Diletto. Both were previous Stakes winners with Voice Of Love winning the Listed Premio Campobello last season and Poeta Diletto winning a brace of G3’s including the Italian 2,000 Guineas back in May.

Voice Of Love was bred by Massimo Parri and is out of the Tale Of The Cat mare Snowfield, also dam of multiple Stakes winner and Italian Derby third Time Chant, plus another winner in Yes It’s Snowing. Snowfield also has a yearling filly by Epaulette.

This year Poet’s Voice has also sired the Snowden-trained Stakes-winning filly My Country as well as the Italian juvenile Stakes winner Mi Raccomando. He is standing at Kelvinside at a fee of $11,000.
